About
PhD in Design. Researcher at the Design Department (INDACO) and contract professor at Product Service System Design at the Design School - Politecnico di Milano. My research interests are mainly focused on service design, strategic design and design for territorial development fields. I also work on participative approaches in design, ethnographic research and action research projects. My research activities also concern the topics of design research processes and the Italian Design System. Currently I am involved in research and projects about Design and Connectivity (see the blog: http://www.designhub.it/designingconnectivity/).
My research activities are also related to:
SDI (Italian Design System), the Design Agency of Indaco Dep.
ADI Service Design Commission for ADI Index
I am currently involved in DeEP project. An EU funded research about Design Policy evaluation in European context.
I am also involved in "ColtivAzioni Urbane". An action-research project on social innovation aimed at strenghtening social cohesion in Dergano neighborhood in Milan.
Awarded with ADI Compasso D'ORO - 2011 - XXII Edition for the DRM Design Research Maps. A national map about academic design research. (with Stefano Maffei, Paola Bertola and Massimo Bianchini)
